Affordably priced dupioni silk remnants are hard to find, particularly in sizes that are suited for dolls, miniatures, quilting and other types of projects. And if you don’t want to get stuck paying somebody’s inflated fees for “shipping and handling,” then you face even tougher challenges! Here’s the good news:
I sell a wide variety of silk dupioni remnants in sizes of less than 1 yard.
In addition, I try to be flexible about custom sizes and can often accommodate customers' requests because I understand that occasionally projects have specific needs. My shipping charge for single remnants is based on actual postage cost with nominal costs for each additional item. From time to time, I also sell hand dyed dupioni silk remnants using liquid dyes specifically designed for silk.
Many of the silks I sell are cross-dyed or iridescent, which means that the silk was woven with threads or yarn in different colors. Here are examples of beautiful iridescent dupioni silks:

Undyed 100% Silk Yarn in Smaller Quantities For Sale

If you want to buy undyed 100% silk in large quantities, such as 200, 500, 1,000 yards or more, you can probably find online sources without much difficulty. But suppose you need only 50 yards or even 25 yards? It’s vitually impossible to buy those amounts of 100% silk yarn for your embellishment, embroidery, braiding, applique or trim. I have more good news for you: you can buy them from me!
All of the pure silk yarns I sell don’t contain knots, so you’re not losing any of the yarn because of wastage. You can paint or dye the yarn yourself or you can just use it as is, and you can purchase the amount that you need.
